Recognition of specialization in patent matters is a matter of law and established policy of the Patent and Trademark Office, as reflected by The Mississippi Bar. The Mississippi Bar further recognizes the designation o admiralty practice associated with maritime commerce and the federal courts. Listing of related or included practice areas herein does not constitute or imply a representation of certification of specialization. Certification as an employee benefits specialist or as a health care regulatory specialist is not currently available in either Tennessee or Mississippi.
