Jennifer Kiesewetter, founding and managing member of Kiesewetter Law Firm, is a seasoned attorney in the field of employee benefits, encompassing qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans, welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation plans. Ms.  Kiesewetter's practice includes regulatory compliance and governance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), the Internal Revenue Code, and the Affordable Care Act ("ACA"), in addition to the other federal laws governing employee benefits and health care compliance.  She is also an Adjunct Professor of Employee Benefits at University of Memphis Cecil C. LOVES TO DO IN HER SPARE TIME

She's a proud single mom who loves to take in SEC games with her college kids. She spends time traveling to New Orleans and Knoxville to see both her daughter and son.  She travels in her "spare time."  She writes for national blogs, reads, and hopes to get down to Florida's 30A on a permanent basis.

Shunta Tidwell joined the Firm in September 2016 as an Employee Benefits Specialist.  Ms. Tidwell assists with qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs); retirement and welfare plan compliance under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and the Affordable Care Act (ACA); and other federal laws governing employee benefits and health care compliance. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Tidwell was a child support caseworker in the Bankruptcy Department at Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County. Handling a caseload of 250,000 cases, Ms. Tidwell worked closely with the bankruptcy attorneys, while refining her skills in the legal areas of bankruptcy, civil, criminal, probate, family, and employment law.

When she catches a break, she loves to play with her baby nephew, Gabe, and her spunky puppy, Paisley.  She is also active in her church and devoted to her church family.  In between work, family and church, she would love to have the opportunity to travel more.
