I’m the founding and managing member of the Kiesewetter Law Firm and am a seasoned attorney focusing on providing ERISA & employee benefits, healthcare, human resources, and general corporate counsel and advice to employers, plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and business owners. My practice includes regulatory compliance and governance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), the Internal Revenue Code, and the Affordable Care Act ("ACA"), in addition to the other federal laws governing employee benefits and healthcare compliance.
I also have significant experience in advising organizations on day-to-day business matters, such as business planning and formation, business agreements and contracts, employment matters, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. In a world where business moves quickly, I can provide you with the counsel to keep growing your business while staying compliant. I have significant experience in working with C-Suite members, management and business owners.
I have also served as an Adjunct Professor University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law for the last 10 years, where I have taught Employee Benefits. Additionally, I'm a frequent writer and speaker on the topic of employee benefits, health care compliance regulatory law, and human resources law.

She has a freelance writing business that keeps her consistently engaged with her legal practice areas and loves to spend time on Florida's 30A when she gets the chance.
